Rembrand Contest Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

     

Eligibility: The Rembrand Contest  (the "Contest") is open globally to any individual who is at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Rembrand, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

  1. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Rembrand Inc. as final and binding regarding the content and administration of this Contest.

  2. Contest Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on February 3, 2025, at 6:00 AM Pacific Standard Time. The entry period will close either 90 days from the start date.
  1. How to Enter: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Winners will be chosen based on the contest criteria outlined below:
  • Participants must meet at least one of the following follower thresholds: 1,000  YouTube Followers ,1,000 Instagram followers, 1,000 TikTok followers
  • Place objects naturally: Creative objects should be positioned on logical surfaces, like a poster on a wall or a billboard on a street, not on curtains or in showers.
  • Match lighting: The creative object should blend into the scene with the right brightness—no harsh shadows or glowing effects.
  • Make it easy to see: Creative objects should be big enough and clear so people can read any text or recognize the object.
  • Keep it visible: Nothing should block the creative object, like people, objects, or moving elements.
  • Align properly: The creative object should be straight, flat on the surface, and facing the right way.
  • To qualify for a $10,000 contest , the video must be downloaded from the AI Studio and posted by the creator on social media and the URL must be submitted in the Rembrand AI Studio.
  • To qualify for a $5,000 contest , the video must be downloaded from the AI Studio. No posting on social media is required.

Entries must fulfill all above Contest requirements to be eligible to win a prize. Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Rembrand Inc.

  1. Prizes: The winner(s) will receive cash Prizes of the following:

1 Best in Show Grand Prize Winner  - $10,000 Cash 

2 Creative & Realistic Placement Winners – $5,000 Cash per winner

A creator can only win in one category. A distinct creator will be selected for each category. No prize substitution is permitted except at Rembrand Inc.'s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners will be required to provide a copy of their W9/W8BEN and share bank information via a secure link provided by the Company.

  1. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner(s) will be selected collectively by the Rembrand team. Winner(s) will be notified via  Email within 5 days following the selection. Rembrand Inc. shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 30 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.

  2. Privacy and Data Collection: By entering this Contest, you understand and agree that Rembrand Inc., anyone acting on behalf of Rembrand Inc., and Rembrand Inc.'s licensees, successors, and assigns shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, entrants information collected in connection with the contest,  and statements about the Contest for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.  Additionally, Rembrand Inc. reserves the right to feature any published generated video created by a user in connection with the Contest for its marketing purposes on Rembrand’s website or social media channels. Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, and to the extent you may otherwise elect at the time of entry, information provided by you for these Contest is subject to Rembrand's privacy policy located at: https://www.rembrand.com/privacy-policy.
  3. Terms: Rembrand Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Rembrand Inc.'s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest. In such a case, Rembrand Inc. may select the winner(s) from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Rembrand Inc.. Rembrand Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Rembrand Inc. has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Contest, to void entries for any reason, including multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses, multiple entries from the same computer exceeding the allowed number, or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering.

  4. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Rembrand Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) your participation in the Contest and/or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries.

Disputes: This Contest is governed by the laws of the United States and California, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Contest, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in California having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will the participant be permitted to.
